Govinda Dada Online Shop मध्ये आम्ही ग्राहकांना दर्जेदार, ताजे आणि विश्वासार्ह उत्पादने देण्यास वचनबद्ध आहोत.
तरीदेखील, जर तुम्हाला मिळालेला प्रॉडक्ट खराब, तुटलेला, चुकीचा किंवा अपूर्ण असेल — तर आम्ही Refund किंवा Replacement सुविधा देतो.
📦 1. Refund व Replacement साठी पात्रता (Eligibility)
तुमचा प्रॉडक्ट खालील परिस्थितीत Refund किंवा Replacement साठी पात्र असेल:
मिळालेला प्रॉडक्ट तुटलेला, खराब किंवा एक्सपायर आहे.
ऑर्डर केलेल्या वस्तूपेक्षा वेगळा प्रॉडक्ट मिळाला आहे.
ऑर्डर अपूर्ण आहे (काही वस्तू कमी मिळाल्या आहेत).
Refund किंवा Replacement विनंती डिलिव्हरीनंतर 48 तासांच्या आत करणे आवश्यक आहे.
💰 2. Refund प्रक्रिया (Refund Process)
आमची टीम तुमच्या विनंतीची आणि प्रॉडक्टची तपासणी केल्यानंतर Refund मंजूर केली जाईल.
Refund रक्कम मूळ पेमेंट पद्धतीतून (UPI / PhonePe / Bank) 5–7 कामकाजाच्या दिवसांत जमा केली जाईल.
Packaging किंवा Delivery charges परत केले जाणार नाहीत.
काही प्रकरणांमध्ये आम्ही Store Credit स्वरूपात रक्कम देऊ शकतो.

- तपासणीनंतर Replacement मंजूर झाल्यावर नवीन वस्तू पाठवली जाईल.
- Replacement प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होण्यासाठी 5–7 कामकाजाचे दिवस लागू शकतात.
🚚 4. Delivery Charges नियम
✅ Free Replacement / Refund
खालील परिस्थितीत ग्राहकाकडून कोणताही Delivery Charge घेतला जाणार नाही 👇
प्रॉडक्ट खराब, तुटलेला किंवा चुकीचा आला असेल.
➡️ या सर्व प्रकरणांमध्ये Replacement / Refund पूर्णपणे मोफत (Free of Cost) असेल.
⚠️ Customer Mistake
जर ग्राहकाने चुकीचा प्रॉडक्ट, साईझ किंवा रंग निवडला असेल,
किंवा “मन बदललं” म्हणून बदल हवा असेल —
➡️ अशा परिस्थितीत ₹40–₹80 पर्यंत Delivery किंवा Return Shipping Charge ग्राहकाकडून आकारला जाईल (वजन आणि ठिकाणानुसार).
❌ 5. Refund / Replacement न मिळणाऱ्या वस्तू
वापरलेले किंवा उघडलेले प्रॉडक्ट
खाद्यपदार्थ, फळं, फुले, पूजा साहित्य, घी, तेल इ.
Offers किंवा Discounts मध्ये घेतलेल्या वस्तू
⚖️ 6. महत्वाच्या अटी
Replacement किंवा Refund विनंती फक्त एकदाच स्वीकारली जाईल.
प्रॉडक्ट परत मिळाल्यानंतर तपासणी करून अंतिम निर्णय घेण्यात येईल.
फसवणुकीच्या हेतूने केलेल्या विनंत्या स्वीकारल्या जाणार नाहीत.
या धोरणात बदल करण्याचा अधिकार Govinda Dada Online Shop कडे राखीव आहे.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we offer Refund or Replacement options.

The product is damaged, defective, or expired.
You received a wrong or missing item.
The order is incomplete.
All refund or replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
💰 2. Refund Process
Once we inspect and verify your request, the refund will be approved.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI / PhonePe / Bank) within 5–7 working days.
Packaging or delivery charges are non-refundable.
In certain cases, a Store Credit may be provided instead of a cash refund.

✅ Free Replacement / Refund
No delivery charge will apply if:
The item is damaged, incorrect, or defective due to our mistake.
➡️ In such cases, Refund or Replacement will be free of cost.
⚠️ Customer Mistake
Delivery or return charges will apply if:
The customer ordered the wrong product, size, or color,
Or requests a replacement due to change of mind.
➡️ A Delivery/Return fee of ₹40–₹80 will be applicable depending on product weight and location.
❌ 5. Non-Refundable / Non-Replaceable Items
Used or opened products
Food items, ghee, flowers, pooja materials, oils, etc.
Items purchased during offers or discounts
⚖️ 6. Important Conditions
Refund or replacement can be availed only once per order.
Final approval will be based on product inspection.
Fraudulent or false claims will not be entertained.
Govinda Dada Online Shop reserves the right to amend this policy anytime.
